Bioinformatics – Advice and Collaborative Support

Likic lab, University of Melbourne
We can assist with the design and analysis of metabolomic experiments. Our particular interest is in data processing and analysis of hyphenated mass spectrometry experiments.

O'Connor lab, La Trobe University
We can help with integrating data from disparate large-scale experiments (e.g. proteomics, transcriptomics, genomics). Our strengths include novel analysis pipelines and visualisation methods for data from quantitative tandem mass spectrometry experiments.

Bioinformatics – Resource for Computation of Mass Spectrometry Data

Australian Proteomics Computational Facility
The APCF provides a powerful, self-help, computing cluster for identification of proteins from raw mass spectrometry data. The latest automated algorithms (Mascot, X!!Tandem, OMSSA) are accessed via simple web interfaces or APCF's own comprehensive desktop application (UNITE) and run over 1040 CPU cores.
