Bioinformatics – Resource for Computation of Mass Spectrometry Data
Australian Proteomics Computational Facility
The APCF provides a powerful, self-help, computing cluster for identification of proteins from raw mass spectrometry data. The latest automated algorithms (Mascot, X!!Tandem, OMSSA) are accessed via simple web interfaces or APCF's own comprehensive desktop application (UNITE) and run over 1040 CPU cores.
